Calicoat Duplex coating for copper alloys success

Calicoat has been gaining further acceptance from plastic extrusion producers to give both copper and stainless steel calibration dies extended life. The duplex coating has a low co-efficient of friction and increases tool life by up to six times by reducing surface wear. The coating can be removed when wear occurs and the tool re-coated effectively making the tool life indefinite.
