Sealed Quench Furnaces

The WHT Group runs 11 sealed quench furnaces at the Bury site and 6 at the Birmingham site. All the furnaces are of the British Furnaces or Wellman type which we find give the most consistent results with lowest distortion. The different sizes of furnace enable us to treat items from small fasteners & spring clips up to large dies weighing up to 1,000kg.
